Personal service, Web 2.0 style

As you may have gathered, I’m a fan of Twitter (and Web 2.0 in general) because of how personal it can be.

And it don’t get much more personal than this.

I just sent out a Twitter question to ask if anyone was having problems with the Zemanta blogging plugin – and got this in reply.

    Yeah, it was a great party, you are invited next time - but you'll have to come to Ljubljana, Slovenia :)

    Now, it would be the best if you can send us a mail at support@zemanta.com with more precise description of the problem - are you using firefox or ie extension or are you using Wordpress/movabletype plugin or Live Writer plug-in.

    If you are using extension on which platform you are (I guess self-hosted wordpress?)

    And any other info you think might apply...
